At World Dainty Jewelry, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because jewelry can be delicate and personal, we have specific requirements for returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Period

We accept eligible returns within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Not show signs of damage, alteration, resizing, or wear.

  • Be returned with any certificates, cards, or other materials included with the original purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Jewelry

For hygiene, personalization, and product-protection reasons, the following items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Custom-made or made-to-order jewelry

  • Resized jewelry

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the jewelry and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Return Approval

All returns must be approved by World Dainty Jewelry before being shipped back.

Please contact us before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Returned jewelry that does not meet the requirements of this policy may be rejected or returned to the customer.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by world dainty jewelry .

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning valuable jewelry. World Dainty Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by World Dainty Jewelry or the item arrived damaged or defective.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible jewelry item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item must meet all return conditions listed above.

8. Jewelry Care

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, cosmetics, or failure to follow jewelry-care instructions may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Examples may include scratches, discoloration, tarnishing, broken chains caused by pulling, or damage caused after delivery.
